My agent was very helpful in handling my escrow papers. She was able to gather my insurance information and send them to me via E-mail within a short amount of time, 5 minutes. My broker is on the East coast and needed them within an hour, because she was able to expedite them so fast everything went smoothly. We miss your office not being in Oxnard, but with your get personal it helps for the inconvenience.

One day, out of the blue, I got a call from my insurance agent. She said she was going over my Auto policy and noticed that I could be getting the same coverage for less money. I was totally surprised by the call and thought to myself "Who does that? What company reviews my account to save me money?"

And yesterday they did it again! I went in to add my fourth vehicle to my policy and was worried about the additional costs. My agent took the time to figure out that if I added renters insurance to my policy I would save money. She saved me enough money to actually pay for the renters insurance and still lower my auto insurance rate.

The agents at Fox Insurance are great! They really have your best interest in mind. They have a lifetime customer in me. Thanks Fox!!!!

Dear Fox Insurance,

I wanted to thank you for your assistance in documentation of home insurance etc., in the middle of a busy December. It was very instrumental in obtaining a Rate Reduction on our Mortgage with Chase. We were able to go from 6.38 to 4.38 loan rate reduction with a near painless process except twenty million signatures... but, the process was great no fees, no re-appraisal, etc... no costs, and it cut our mortgage cost in half. It was a life saver!!!!

I know that it took some time for you to get documentation and for fax usage... to the bank. That was a good service... one which hasn't changed since we started with Fox decades ago.

You can be assured that "customer service and professionalism" is displayed when ever we needed account information, or help or claim filing over the years. You and your associates have always treated us like family! Not just a number or file! From day one!
